We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel with its fascinating portfolio of past travelers. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms, though old-fashioned, were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the restaurant offered home-made food at an excellent price, and the menu had a good selection of wines. We appreciated the hotel's mid-town location, making it convenient for stops during our journey.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Great Food and Friendly Service
We recently stayed at a hotel in a small town on the Garden Route for the New Year. What we liked most was the delicious local cuisine, which included tripe and oxtail. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel very welcome. The location was also perfect, situated near the highway which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The peaceful atmosphere was another added bonus.
On the other hand, the rooms were not very good quality and were quite dated. The amenities were also lacking, with old towels and a non-functioning TV.

My recent stay in this hotel was a pleasant surprise. it is located in a lively area, close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from, giving me the energy needed to start my day.
Although the hotel had its charms, it also had some drawbacks. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations to bring them up to date.

I recently stumbled upon this charming hotel while passing through on the N2, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. With its historic charm and picturesque garden courtyard, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they even allowed us to explore the hotel's rich history. It was refreshing to stay in a place that has maintained its gracious and old-fashioned atmosphere, standing out among the mass-produced accommodations that dominate the area.
All in all, everything at this hotel was great.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a restful night's sleep. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal for our journey, as it was conveniently situated near various stops along the way. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained courtyard to the interesting scrapbooks showcasing the hotel's rich history. Additionally, the breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made koeksoesters, although I must admit that the mushrooms were a bit too salty for my liking. this hotel provided great value for money and made for a memorable stay.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.
